The following groups of people are eligible to register and use the service of the library.
a) All the bona fide students of Ibadan City Polytechnic, Ibadan.
b) All members of staff of the Polytechnic.
c) Senior staff of industries in and around Ibadan who may, in the opinion of the Chief Librarian be trusted with the loans of books.
d) Students and/or researchers from other tertiary institutions of learning provided such individuals produce letter of recommendation from their institutions.
a) All students are required to register at the Circulation Section of the Library with full proof of their correct identity.
All the Ibadan City Polytechnic staff both academic and administrative will register and receive their tickets at the same circulation desk.
The school digital library has over 1million online journals and textbooks for access. You can be guided as to its accessibility from the library manual. The textbooks and journals in Nathaniel Oladipo Library can be access through the use of OPAC (ONLINE Public Access Catalogue). More so, the e-library has e-resources in JStor, AGORA, etc.
Nathaniel Oladipo Library is closed on public holidays.
